Emily is a research development manager with IHSI and the College of Education and leads the Community-Academic Partnerships for Health core. She works closely with faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to identify, expand, and support new research and community-based initiatives to promote public health. She works proactively with faculty members and community health organizations to form new collaborations, identify funding opportunities and develop multi-year strategies for successful grant acquisition; assist with creating and coordinating large center-type proposals; and assist with managing large center-type projects.
