We are committed to accessibility. Accessible digital content allows us to foster an inclusive environment for everyone.
Guidelines for Accessible Presentations and Materials
Presentations and all digital content to be shared broadly must be accessible. This ensures that everyone, including people with disabilities, can fully engage with and benefit from the materials we provide, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and compliance with accessibility standards.

Getting Assistance to Prepare Accessible Materials
If you have questions about preparing accessible materials or need help determining whether your content is compliant, please contact the IHSI communications team at healthinstitute@illinois.edu. We ask that you submit your files at least one week before they are needed. Our team will review them and advise on accessibility compliance.
If you are a presenter from another institution, we encourage you to consult with your institution’s experts on digital accessibility before creating your content. We appreciate your partnership in creating inclusive and accessible experiences for all!
