We are here as a resource for you. If you have general questions about REDCap after viewing the various REDCap various documents, videos, and demonstrations and Frequently Asked Questions, we are happy to answer your questions over email or to set up virtual consultations via Zoom or MS Teams. Please contact us at redcap-admin@illinois.edu.
When contacting the team, please provide the title of your project and any pertinent information (e.g., screenshots) that may help us answer your question(s).

Partners
Illinois REDCap is administered by the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Institute (IHSI). The IHSI REDCap team’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, granting users access, providing general and specialized user support, and processing Move to Production requests.
Illinois REDCap is powered by partners at Research IT-Technology Services, who monitor security of the application and perform routine updates.
The IHSI REDCap team also works closely with partners at the University Library to facilitate education and training.
Project Build Services
The Illinois REDCap team is now able to provide project build services for an hourly rate. In addition to building a REDCap project, the team can provide testing, automatic survey invitation formatting, project documentation and instructions, and research team training.

As a reminder, you can find a number of Illinois REDCap resources online, including support documents, checklists, how-tos, FAQs, and training videos.

REDCap Recap
On October 22, IHSI celebrated five years of Illinois Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) and more than 900 users at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. REDCap Day 2024 attracted 75 faculty, staff, and students from more than 40 units and 10 colleges and schools across the Illinois campus.
